Conceptional objective:

Sold in over 100 countries and produced in the billions each year, Tic Tac proves that great things really do come in small packages. As consumer expectations evolve, innovation must feel fresh whilst remaining unmistakably Tic Tac. Our brief for Tic Tac Two was to launch an entirely new product proposition (a larger dual-layered mint with a soft centre) through a campaign designed to generate excitement across both retail and digital channels. Alongside this flagship launch, we continue to support the wider Tic Tac portfolio through flavour variants, promotional packaging, licensing partnerships and shopper marketing, ensuring the brand remains relevant to loyal consumers while attracting new audiences.

Creative response:

P&W developed the creative platform for the UK launch of Tic Tac Two around the simple yet engaging idea of "Flip to Enjoy." The concept evolved into a cohesive design system spanning digital, social, out-of-home, POS and print, using animated flavour reveals and bold colour blocking to celebrate the product's dual-layer innovation. Alongside major launches including Tic Tac Two and Tic Tac Chewy, we continue to support the wider Tic Tac portfolio, delivering strategically-led creative that is commercially effective, consistently on brief and backed by more than a decade of brand knowledge.

Commercial Conclusion:

Ferrero reported revenues of €18.4 billion for the financial year ending August 2024 (an increase of 8.9% year-on-year) with continued investment in innovation underpinning the success of flagship brands such as Tic Tac. P&W has played an integral role in supporting that growth by helping Tic Tac continually evolve while protecting the distinctive brand equities that have made it a household name. Our Gold Award at the 2026 Indigo Design Awards for the Tic Tac Two campaign stands as independent recognition of the creativity, strategic thinking and collaborative partnership that continue to define our relationship with Ferrero.
