Here at P&W, we were thrilled that Glory Mornin’ Super Vodka has been recognised with not one, but two prestigious accolades at the 2025 Indigo Design Awards- Gold in Branding for Alcoholic Beverages- Other and Silver in Branding for Graphic Design.

A Spirit of Celebration

Glory Mornin’ is far from your typical vodka brand. Created from fine white rice and flavoured with vibrant combinations like Watermelon & Dragonfruit, Elderflower & Lemondrop, and Blueberry & Acai, the brand is rooted in positivity, creativity and joy.

When Marc Aufzug, Managing Director of Glory Mornin’, approached us, his vision was clear: a premium product with a playful edge, something that would remind people of carefree nights out and great memories with friends.

Designed From the Ground Up

We partnered with Marc to build the brand identity and packaging from scratch, starting with 3D visualisation to design a custom glass bottle and soft-touch cap, and collaborating closely with a specialist bottle manufacturer.

Visually, the aesthetic draws inspiration from contemporary Japanese design, layered with a joyful riot of illustrated iconography, think dancers, music notes and carnival motifs. These designs are printed directly onto each bottle, creating a tactile, premium finish that feels celebratory, energetic and different from anything else on the shelf.

Meaningful Design That Delivers

Our strategy was simple: stand out, without losing substance. With over half of consumers saying they enjoy experimenting with new spirit flavours, and one tree planted for every bottle sold, Glory Mornin’ isn’t just eye-catching, it’s built on values too.

The Indigo jury clearly felt the same. These new awards come on top of previous recognition from the International Spirits Challenge and the IWSC where Glory Mornin’ received Bronze medals for its quality and innovation when it first launched in 2021.

What the Client Said

“I’m delighted with P&W’s hard work and ecstatic with the final result. The premium, vibrant aesthetics of the packaging will help us achieve our commercial objectives- standing out on the digital shelf as well as in classic spirits retail.”
- Marc Aufzug, Managing Director, Glory Mornin’

Why the Indigo Awards Matter

These awards feel particularly special to us because the Indigo Design Awards stand for everything we believe great design should be: bold, imaginative and boundary-breaking. What sets Indigo apart is its commitment to judging each entry on its own merit. Whether you're an emerging creative or an established agency, it’s the strength of your idea and the quality of your execution that take centre stage.

To have Glory Mornin’ recognised by such a respected, international jury is not only a huge honour, it’s a real validation of the strategic and creative thinking that went into the project.

The Indigo Awards are more than just a competition; they’re a celebration of design that dares to be different. From branding and graphic design to digital innovation and social impact, Indigo exists to spotlight work that challenges convention and tells a compelling story.

With ceremonies hosted in some of the world’s most forward-thinking cities and a jury made up of design trailblazers, winning an Indigo Award means being recognised on a truly global stage for creativity, originality and vision. These are the very qualities we strive for in every project we take on at P&W.

Wrapping It Up

We’re so proud of our team, Adrian Whitefoord (Creative Director) and Darren Barber (Designer), and grateful to Marc for trusting us to shape such a bold, exciting brand. These Indigo wins celebrate not only the creative output but the collaborative spirit that powered this project from day one!

Here’s to more bright ideas, bold identities, and bottles that bring joy.

Cheers!
